Troubleshooting

If the buyer has deposited the tokens and you have started hosting the meeting but beam streaming didn't start, please follow this process to troubleshoot.

  • Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  • Click Manage >> Added Apps
  • Check that "BeamFi Meeting App" is there, if not, please add the app by following "How to add BeamFi Meeting App" in Getting Started Guid. After this has been done, restart the Zoom meeting. Make sure it is the meeting ID you specified when creating the Beam Meeting Link.
